Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
Britannia Hotel Newcastle Airport offers a convenient location just a short walk from the terminal and next to the short stay car park, making it ideal for early flights. The rooms are spacious and many guests found the price amazing, especially considering the availability of a kettle and complimentary tea/coffee. Some guests have noted that the rooms could benefit from a refresh, but the recent refurbishment of the lobby and dining/bar facilities seems to be a plus. The on-site dining is affordable, with options like burgers and pizza, and the breakfast buffet is considered good and of decent value.

Airport Proximity a True Blessing

airport proximityhelpful stafflevel patheasy transport
The hotel is close to the airport and the metro station. Ladies at the front desk were very kind. They were very helpful with directions and local information. The pathway to the terminal is level, this allows easy transport of luggage.
I noticed the decor could benefit from updates. The style felt somewhat dated to me. This is a very slight issue overall.
